1. הקדמה

This manual provides instructions for the proper setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your VEVOR Industrial Counting Scale, Model JCS-C. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the scale to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The VEVOR JCS-C Industrial Counting Scale is designed for precise counting and weighing tasks. It features a high-precision sensor, multiple unit conversion options (g, kg, lb, oz, ct), and a durable construction suitable for various industrial, commercial, and household applications, including counting coins, jewelry, food items, and small parts.

• Place the scale on a stable, level surface to ensure accurate readings.
• Avoid placing the scale near strong electromagnetic fields, vibrations, or rapid temperature changes.

4. סעטאַפּ

1. אויספּאַקן: קערפאַלי באַזייַטיקן אַלע קאַמפּאָונאַנץ פון די פּאַקקאַגינג.
2. אָרט: Place the scale on a firm, level, and stable surface. Ensure there are no vibrations or drafts that could affect accuracy.
3. Assemble Weighing Pan:
   • Attach the upper support to the scale base.
   • Place the stainless steel weighing pan onto the upper support. Ensure it sits securely and does not wobble.

   • Connect the power cord to the three-core socket at the rear of the scale.

5. אַפּערייטינג ינסטרוקטיאָנס

5.1 גרונטלעכע וואָג

1. Turn on the scale using the power switch.
2. Wait for the display to show "0.0" or "0.00" and stabilize.
3. Place the item(s) to be weighed onto the center of the weighing pan.
4. Read the weight displayed on the LED screen.

5.2 טאַרע פֿונקציע

The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so only the weight of the contents is measured.

1. שטעלן אַ ליידיק קאַנטיינער אויף די ווייינג פּאַן.
2. דרוק די ZERO / TARE קנעפּל. דער עקראַן וועט זיך צוריקשטעלן צו "0.0" אדער "0.00".
3. לייגט די זאכן וואָס מען דאַרף געוואויגן אין דעם קאַנטיינער. דער עקראַן וועט ווײַזן די נעץ וואָג פון די זאכן.

5.3 יוניט קאַנווערזשאַן

The scale supports multiple weighing units: grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), ounces (oz), and carats (ct).

1. With an item on the pan or the display at zero, press the UNIT קנעפּל.
2. Each press will cycle through the available units (g → kg → lb → oz → ct).
3. The selected unit will be indicated on the LED display.

5.4 צייל פונקציע (PCS)

The counting function allows you to count a large number of identical items based on a sample weight.

1. אָרט וויample quantity of items (e.g., 10, 20, 50, 100 pieces) on the weighing pan.
2. דריקן און האַלטן די פּקס button until the display shows a number (e.g., "10", "20", "50", "100").

4. דרוק פּקס again to confirm the sampדער עקראַן וועט איצט ווייַזן די צייל פון די סample.
5. Add more items of the same type to the pan. The display will show the total count of items.
6. To exit counting mode, press the פּקס קנעפּל ווידער.

6. קאַלאַבריישאַן

The VEVOR JCS-C scale features a manual calibration mode to ensure consistent accuracy. Calibration should be performed periodically or if you suspect inaccurate readings.

1. Ensure the scale is on a stable surface and the weighing pan is empty.
2. קער אויף די וואָג.
3. דריקן און האַלטן די CAL button until the display shows "CAL".
4. The display will then show a flashing weight value (e.g., "5000g" or "10000g"), indicating the required calibration weight.
5. Place the exact specified calibration weight onto the center of the weighing pan.
6. Wait for the display to stabilize and show "PASS" or return to normal weighing mode with the calibration weight displayed.
7. Remove the calibration weight. The scale is now calibrated.

באַמערקונג: A precise calibration weight is required for accurate calibration. If you do not have one, contact VEVOR support for guidance.

7. מאַכט צושטעלן

The VEVOR JCS-C scale offers flexible power options:

• AC מאַכט: Use the provided power cord to connect the scale to a standard electrical outlet. This is recommended for continuous operation.
• קריקאָנלאָדלעך ליטהיום באַטערי: The scale is equipped with an internal rechargeable lithium battery for portable use. The battery charges automatically when the scale is connected to AC power.
• באַטערי ינדיקאַטאָר: The LED display will show a low battery indicator when the battery level is critical. Connect the scale to AC power to recharge.

• רייניקונג: Wipe the scale body with a soft, damp cloth. For the stainless steel weighing pan, use a mild detergent if necessary. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
• סטאָרידזש: When not in use for extended periods, store the scale in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• באַטערי זאָרגן: If storing for a long time, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan. Recharge every few months if not in use.
• דורכקוק: Regularly check the power cord for any damage. Ensure the rubber feet are intact for stability.
