קאַנעקטינג די מיטל
The P24 HUD supports both OBD2 and GPS modes. Connect the device using the appropriate method:
- OBD2 Connection: For vehicles manufactured from 2012 onwards, locate your vehicle's OBD2 port (typically under the dashboard near the steering wheel). Connect the provided OBD cable to the port and then to the Type-C interface on the HUD.
- גפּס קשר: For all vehicles, if OBD2 is not compatible or preferred, the GPS system can be used. Simply power the device via a USB power source (e.g., car charger, not included) connected to the Type-C interface. The device will automatically search for GPS satellites.

Initial Power-On and Satellite Search (GPS Mode)
Upon powering on the device in GPS mode, the satellite icon will flash, indicating that the device is searching for satellites. For normal operation, the satellite icon must stop flashing and display more than 5 satellites. This process may take a few minutes, especially during the first use or in areas with limited satellite visibility.
אָפּעראַציע
Dual System (OBD2 + GPS)
The P24 HUD automatically detects the connection type. If an OBD2 connection is established, it will prioritize OBD2 data. If no OBD2 connection is detected or if you prefer, it will switch to GPS mode. You can manually switch between modes if necessary, referring to the on-screen menu options accessible via the wheel button.

- רייניקונג: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the display screen and the device's exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surface.
- טעמפּעראַטור: Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for extended periods, as this can affect its electronic components.
- סטאָרידזש: When not in use for a long time, store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- קאַבלע זאָרגן: Handle the OBD cable carefully. Avoid bending or twisting it excessively, which could damage the internal wires.
טראָובלעשאָאָטינג
If you encounter issues with your P24 HUD, refer to the following common solutions:
קיין אַרויסווייַז / מאַכט פּראָבלעם
- טשעק קאַבלע קאַנעקשאַן: Ensure the OBD cable or USB power cable is securely connected to both the HUD and the vehicle's port/power source.
- Vehicle Compatibility (OBD2): Verify that your vehicle is OBD2 compatible (generally cars manufactured from 2012 onwards). If not, use GPS mode.
- פאָרמיטל מאַכט: זיכער מאַכן אַז די איגנישאַן פונעם אויטאָ איז אָן.
GPS Signal Not Found / Flashing Satellite Icon
- דרויסנדיק נוצן: זיכער מאַכן אַז די אויטאָ איז אינדרויסן מיט אַ קלאָרן אָרט view of the sky. GPS signals cannot be acquired indoors or in underground parking.
- וואַרטן צייט: Allow sufficient time (several minutes) for the device to acquire satellite signals, especially during the first use or after a long period of inactivity. The icon should stop flashing and show more than 5 satellites for normal operation.
- מניעות: Avoid placing the device under metallic tinting or other obstructions that might block GPS signals.
Inaccurate Speed Reading
- קאליבראציע: The speed display can often be calibrated through the device's settings menu to match your vehicle's speedometer or a known accurate speed source. Refer to the on-screen menu for calibration options.
- מאָדע קאָנטראָל: Ensure the device is operating in the correct mode (OBD2 for precise vehicle speed, or GPS for satellite-derived speed).
Display Reflection on Windshield
- שטעלע אַדזשאַסטמאַנט: Adjust the angle and position of the HUD to minimize reflections.
- Anti-Glare Film (Optional): Consider using an aftermarket anti-glare film on your windshield if reflections persist (not included).
