Attaching the Pot Clip

1. Slide the pot clip onto the stainless steel probe.
2. Adjust the clip's position along the probe to ensure the probe tip is submerged in the liquid or food without touching the bottom of the pot.
3. Securely attach the clip to the rim of your cooking pot or container.

1. Insert the stainless steel probe into the center of the food or liquid you wish to measure. Ensure the probe tip is fully immersed and not touching the bottom or sides of the container.

Setting Target Temperature and Alarm
