Carefully open the product packaging and ensure all components are present. The package should contain the arVin D8 controller, a USB charging cable, and this user manual.

3.6. Supported Games and Cloud Gaming

This controller supports most controller-compatible games on various platforms, including Apple Arcade and MFi games. It is also compatible with cloud gaming services such as Nvidia GeForce Now, Xbox Cloud, Amazon Luna, Google Stadia, Rainway, and Moonlight. Popular supported mobile games include Call of Duty Mobile (CODM), Genshin Impact, Minecraft, Diablo Immortal, Asphalt 9: Legends, and Asphalt 8: Airborne.

• Verify that the correct pairing mode (RB+HOME for Android/iOS, RT+HOME for Switch) is activated, indicated by the rapid flashing of the lights.
• Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the controller is visible. Try forgetting the device and re-pairing.
• Restart both the controller and your gaming device.

5.2. Buttons or Joysticks Not Responding

• Ensure the controller is properly connected to your device.
• Some games may require specific controller settings or may not fully support external controllers. Check the game's settings for controller mapping options.
• If playing Call of Duty Mobile on Android, ensure you select 'XBOX' as the controller model in the game's interface if prompted.
• Test the controller with another compatible game or device to determine if the issue is with the controller or the specific game/device.

5.3. Lag or Disconnections During Gameplay

• Ensure there are no obstructions between the controller and your device that could interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
