4. פּראָדוקט איבערview

The SMTAV PTZ Camera is a versatile device offering multiple connectivity options and high-definition video output. It features a 30X optical zoom lens and supports various control methods.

The rear panel provides all necessary ports for power, video output, audio input, and control.

5. סעטאַפּ

5.1 גשמיות ינסטאַלירונג

The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted using the included wall mount bracket. Ensure the mounting location is stable and can support the camera's weight.

5.2 אנשטעלן די קאַמעראַ

Connect the provided DC12V power adapter to the camera's DC12V port and plug it into a power outlet. Alternatively, if using a PoE-enabled network switch, connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port for both power and data.

• HDMI רעזולטאַט: Connect an HDMI cable from the camera's HDMI port to a display or video switcher.
• 3G-SDI רעזולטאַט: Connect a 3G-SDI cable from the camera's 3G-SDI port to a professional video switcher or recorder.
• USB רעזולטאַט: Connect a USB cable from the camera's USB port to a computer for use with video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Skype) or streaming software (e.g., OBS, vMix).
• IP סטרימינג: Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port. The camera supports TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP, RTMP, Onvif, DHCP, and multicast protocols for direct live streaming to platforms like YouTube and Facebook.
• אַודיאָ אַרייַנשרייַב: Connect an external microphone or audio source to the 3.5mm LINE-IN port. Audio can be embedded into HDMI and IP streams.

5.4 נעטוואָרק קאָנפיגוראַטיאָן

For IP streaming and control, the camera requires network configuration. By default, the camera may obtain an IP address via DHCP. The camera can be controlled using the included IR remote, an IP PTZ camera controller, or via its web interface. The camera supports pan (horizontal), tilt (vertical), and zoom adjustments.

• טילט: Adjust the camera vertically from -30 to +90 degrees.

The camera allows you to save and recall specific camera positions (pan, tilt, zoom, focus) as presets. This is useful for quickly switching between different shots during a live event.

• Direct IP Streaming: Configure RTMP or RTSP settings via the camera's web interface to stream directly to platforms like YouTube or Facebook Live.

6.4 Image Quality and Encoding

The camera delivers Full HD 1080P resolution at up to 60 frames per second (fps). It supports H.264/H.265 encoding for efficient bandwidth usage.

• סטאָרידזש: When not in use for extended periods, store the camera in a dry, dust-free environment.

8. טראָובלעשאָאָטינג

• קיין מאַכט: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the power outlet is functional. If using PoE, verify the Ethernet cable and switch are working correctly.

• Camera Freezing/Losing IP Connection: This can sometimes occur with certain NDI configurations. Ensure NDI protocols are correctly activated if you intend to use them. Contact customer support if the issue persists after checking network settings and connections.
• Poor Image Quality/Color Issues: Check lighting conditions. Adjust white balance and other image settings via the camera's OSD menu or web interface. Ensure the lens is clean.
