The HiBoost Hero Cell Phone Signal Booster is designed to improve cellular signal strength in areas up to 3,000 square feet. With a maximum gain of 65dB, users can experience fewer dropped calls, clearer voice quality, and faster internet speeds. This booster is compatible with 5G (via DSS in 4G bands) and supports major U.S. carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon across bands 12, 13, 17, 5, 2/25, and 4. It is suitable for use in homes, offices, garages, farms, remote areas, warehouses, and metal buildings.

  • Cell Tower Proximity: Verify that a compatible cell tower is within 3-5 miles of your location.

4.1. General Installation Principles

  • Maintain adequate separation between the outdoor and indoor antennas to prevent oscillation. A minimum horizontal separation of 30 feet and a vertical separation of 13 feet is recommended.
  • The outdoor and indoor antennas should face opposite directions to maximize isolation.

4.2. Outdoor Antenna Installation

The directional outdoor antenna should be mounted in a location with the clearest line of sight to the nearest cell tower. Use the HiBoost App (Signal Supervisor) to assist in finding the best signal direction.

4.3. Booster Unit and Indoor Antenna Connection

Connect the outdoor cable from the outdoor antenna to the designated port on the Hero Signal Booster unit. Then, connect the indoor antenna cable to the indoor port on the booster. The booster unit features an LCD color screen that simplifies installation by providing real-time signal indicators.

The kit includes two indoor antenna options:

  • Panel Antenna: Provides extended coverage up to 3000 sq.ft, ideal for larger spaces. Typically wall-mounted.

The kit includes through-window cables (SMAM-SMAF) to avoid drilling holes for cable entry. These flat cables can be routed through window sills and connected to the indoor cable.

Once installed, the Hero Signal Booster operates automatically. The LCD color screen on the booster unit provides real-time information on signal strength and performance for each supported band.
