3. סעטאַפּ און ייַנמאָנטירונג
3.1 אַנפּאַקינג
Carefully remove the subwoofer from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Retain the original packaging for future transport or storage.
3.2 פּלייסמאַנט
Position the subwoofer on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating. Avoid placing the subwoofer directly against walls or in corners, as this can affect sound quality. The dimensions of the subwoofer are approximately 68 cm (depth) x 68 cm (width) x 58 cm (height).

3.3 קאַנעקשאַנז
Before making any connections, ensure the subwoofer's power switch is in the OFF position and the power cable is disconnected from the mains supply.

- To power off, flip the מאַכט switch to the 'OFF' position.
4.2 קאָנטראָלן און אַדזשאַסטמאַנץ
The VSP18 features a DSP Management Controller on its rear panel for precise sound adjustments:
- בעל: This knob controls the overall output volume of the subwoofer. Start with a low setting and gradually increase to your desired level.
- בוסט: Activates a bass boost function for enhanced low-frequency impact. Use sparingly to avoid distortion.
- FASE: Allows you to adjust the phase of the subwoofer output (0° or 180°). This is crucial for proper integration with full-range speakers and to prevent phase cancellation. Experiment with both settings to find the best sound in your listening environment.
- DSP Management Controller: Provides advanced digital signal processing for optimizing sound performance. Refer to the DSP interface (if applicable, typically via a display or software) for detailed settings.
