• The playard is intended for children unable to climb out, less than 35 inches (89 cm) tall, and weighing less than 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• The bassinet is intended for infants unable to push up on hands and knees, less than 15 lbs (6.8 kg).
• The changing table is intended for infants less than 25 lbs (11.3 kg).

• Never place the playard near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
• Never use a mattress or pillow in the playard.
• Only use the mattress/pad provided by Graco.
• Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked before placing a child inside.

Follow these steps to assemble your Graco Pack 'n Play Simple Solutions Playard. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning.

3.1 Unfolding the Playard

1. Remove the playard from its carrying bag.
2. Separate the frame from the mattress pad.
3. While holding the center of the playard up, pull the two short side rails upward until they are fully extended and locked. You will hear a click.
4. Repeat for the two long side rails. Ensure all four rails are locked. Do not push the center down until all rails are locked.
5. Push the center of the playard floor down until it lies flat.
6. Place the mattress pad inside the playard, soft side up.

3.2 Attaching the Full-Size Bassinet

The bassinet provides an elevated sleeping surface for infants.

1. Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked.
2. Unfold the bassinet fabric and attach it to the top rails of the playard using the clips or zippers provided. Ensure all attachments are secure.
3. Place the mattress pad into the bassinet, soft side up.

3.3 Attaching the Changing Mat/Changer

The integrated changing mat provides a convenient surface for diaper changes.

1. Locate the changing mat attachment points on the playard rails.
2. Securely attach the changing mat to the playard rails according to the instructions. Ensure it is stable and level.
3. Always use the safety straps on the changing mat when changing your child.

4.1 Using the Playard

The playard provides a secure space for your child to play or rest. Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked before use. Always supervise your child while they are in the playard.

4.2 Using the Bassinet

The bassinet is suitable for infants who cannot push up on their hands and knees. Always ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the playard rails. Remove the bassinet when your child reaches the weight or developmental limits specified in the safety section.

4.3 Using the Changing Mat

The changing mat is designed for quick and easy diaper changes. Always keep one hand on your child while using the changing mat. Do not use the changing mat if your child exceeds the specified weight limit or can roll over independently.
