Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your misting fan for use:
- Attach the Pedestal Pole to the Base: Securely fasten the pedestal pole to the round base using the provided hardware. Ensure it is stable and upright.

Operate your BILT HARD misting fan using the pull chain control and adjustable features.

The fan features a 3-speed setting controlled by a pull chain switch located on the motor housing.
- Pull the chain once for Low speed (3500 CFM / 1200 RPM).
- Pull the chain twice for Medium speed (4500 CFM / 1350 RPM).
- Pull the chain three times for High speed (6000 CFM / 1550 RPM).
- Pull the chain a fourth time to turn the fan OFF.

To activate the misting function, ensure the water inlet pipe is connected to a water source and the water supply is turned on. The fan is equipped with 4 mist nozzles that spray a fine mist for cooling.

The fan head's tilt angle can be adjusted to direct airflow and mist where needed. It can be tilted upward up to 90 degrees and downward to 30 degrees. Loosen the adjustment screws on the side of the fan head, set the desired angle, and then securely tighten the screws.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your fan.

You may need to use a small brush or a solution of vinegar and water to remove deposits. Consider using a calcium filter on your water supply to prevent clogging.
