This document provides instructions for the MMOBIEL Touch Screen Digitizer Replacement, designed for the iPad 9th Generation (10.2-inch, 2021). This replacement part includes a pre-installed cable, camera holder, and adhesive for installation.

This section outlines the steps for replacing the touch screen digitizer. Proceed with caution and follow each step carefully.

- Power off your iPad completely.
- If the screen is cracked, apply clear packing tape over the screen to contain glass fragments and provide structural integrity during the repair.
- Heat the edges of the iPad screen gently using a heat gun or hairdryer to soften the adhesive.
Step 2: Opening the iPad
- Use the suction cup to create a gap between the digitizer and the iPad frame, starting from one corner.
- Insert a plectrum (opening pick) into the gap and carefully slide it around the perimeter to separate the adhesive.
- Exercise caution around the home button and camera areas to avoid damaging internal cables.
Step 3: Disconnecting the Old Digitizer
- Once the old digitizer is separated, carefully lift it.
- Locate and disconnect the digitizer flex cable from the iPad's logic board.
- Remove the old digitizer.
Step 4: Preparing the New Digitizer
- Carefully remove any protective films from the new MMOBIEL digitizer.
- Ensure the pre-installed camera holder and adhesive strips are correctly positioned.
Step 5: Connecting the New Digitizer
- Carefully connect the flex cable of the new digitizer to the logic board.
- Test the touch functionality before fully sealing the device. Power on the iPad and check if the touch screen responds correctly.
Step 6: Sealing the iPad
- Once functionality is confirmed, align the new digitizer with the iPad frame.
- Gently press down along the edges to secure the adhesive.
- Apply even pressure around the perimeter to ensure a firm seal.

Post-Installation Operation
After successful installation, the new digitizer will restore touch functionality to your iPad.
