2. Components and Unboxing
Upon opening the package, ensure all components are present and undamaged. The package should contain:

3. סעטאַפּ
3.1. באַטאַרייע ייַנמאָנטירונג
The HK-902 thermometer is powered by a button cell battery. The battery is typically pre-installed. If the display does not turn on or shows a low battery indicator, replace the battery as follows:
- Gently slide open the battery cover located at the end opposite the flexible tip.

4.1. Taking a Temperature Measurement

- Rectal Use (for infants/young children): Apply a water-soluble lubricant to the tip. Gently insert the tip no more than 1-2 cm into the rectum. This method is generally considered the most accurate for infants.
- מעזשערמאַנט: Keep the thermometer in position. The temperature reading will stabilize, and the thermometer will emit a series of beeps (usually 10 short beeps) to indicate that the measurement is complete. The measured temperature will be displayed.
