• Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
• Exercise extreme caution when blending hot liquids to prevent scalding.

The FRESKO Immersion Handheld Blender consists of the following main components:

סעטאַפּ

1. Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending shaft, beaker) in warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. Align the blending shaft with the motor body. Push them together until you hear a click, indicating they are securely locked.
3. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or detaching any parts.

Speed Control and Turbo Mode

• The blender features 12 adjustable speeds, controlled by a dial on the top of the motor body. Turn the dial to select your desired speed.
• For maximum power and quick blending, press and hold the TURBO button. Release the button to return to the selected speed or stop blending.
• To start blending, press the power button. Release to stop.

• When blending in the beaker, ensure the liquid level does not exceed the MAX fill line (700ml).
• For hot soups or sauces, you can blend directly in the pot. Ensure the pot is on a stable surface and the blender is fully immersed before starting.
• Do not run the blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow it to cool down for at least 1 minute between cycles.
• For thicker mixtures or frozen ingredients, use the Turbo mode or higher speed settings.
