The Yinker 8-Port VGA USB KVM Switch allows you to control up to eight computers from a single set of VGA monitor, USB keyboard, and USB mouse. It also features additional USB 2.0 hubs for sharing peripherals such as printers, USB speakers, or USB flash drives among the connected computers. This device is designed for efficient management of multiple systems in various environments, including server rooms, offices, and home setups.

The Yinker 8-Port KVM Switch features multiple ports for connecting computers and peripherals. Familiarize yourself with the layout:

• PC1-PC8 Buttons: Manual selection buttons for switching between connected computers.

Follow these steps to set up your Yinker 8-Port VGA USB KVM Switch:

1. Power Off All Devices: Before making any connections, ensure all computers, the monitor, and any peripherals are powered off.

5. Connect Shared Peripherals (Optional): Connect any additional USB peripherals (e.g., printer, USB flash drive) to the 'USB 1' or 'USB 2' ports on the front panel of the KVM switch.
6. Connect Desktop Control (Optional): If desired, connect the desktop control unit to the 'Desktop Control Port' on the rear panel.

6.1. Front Panel Buttons

• Press the corresponding 'PC' button (PC1-PC8) on the front panel of the KVM switch to switch to the desired computer. The LED indicator for the selected port will illuminate.

6.2. Desktop Control Unit

• If connected, use the buttons on the external desktop control unit to switch between computers. Each button corresponds to a specific PC port.

6.3. Hotkey Switching (Keyboard)

Use keyboard hotkeys for quick switching:
