5.1. Preparing the Beaker
- Fill the Pacotizing Beaker with your desired ingredients. Ensure ingredients are frozen solid to -18°C (-0.4°F) or colder for optimal pacotizing results.
- Do not overfill the beaker beyond the maximum fill line. The rescue function can process overfilled beakers, but it is best to avoid this.
- Place the beaker lid securely on the beaker.
5.2. Pacotizing Process
- Place the prepared beaker with the blade attached into the Pacojet 2 PLUS unit.
- Select the desired processing mode via the intuitive touchscreen:
- Pacotizing: For creating fine purees, mousses, and sorbets from frozen ingredients.
- Cutting/Chopping: For processing fresh, non-frozen ingredients.
- מיקסינג: For blending ingredients without reducing them to a fine consistency.
- רייניקונג: For automated cleaning cycles.
- Adjust settings such as processing food with or without over-pressure, and the number of portions.

- Remove the beaker and carefully detach the blade.
