The ULTRA Chocogrind is designed for refining cocoa nibs and sugar into chocolate, as well as for other wet grinding applications. It features a durable stainless steel drum, patented conical stones for fine grinding, and a robust motor designed for extended operation.

4. סעטאַפּ אינסטרוקציעס
- אויספּאַקן: נעמט פֿאָרזיכטיק אַרויס אַלע קאָמפּאָנענטן פֿון דער פּאַקאַדזשינג. האַלט די פּאַקאַדזשינג פֿאַר צוקונפֿטיקע סטאָרידזש אָדער טראַנספּאָרט.
- ערשט רייניקונג: Before first use, wash the stainless steel drum, grinding stones, and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor base with a damp שטאָף.
- פֿאַרזאַמלונג:

- Insert the stainless steel drum securely onto the motor base.
- Place the grinding stone assembly inside the drum. Ensure it is properly seated on the central shaft.

5. אַפּערייטינג ינסטרוקטיאָנס
The Chocogrind is designed for continuous operation up to 80 hours, with a timer that can be set for up to 99 hours (note: some models may have a timer in minutes, please verify your specific unit's display for "HOUR" or "MIN").
- לייג ינגרידיאַנץ: With the appliance unplugged, add your ingredients (e.g., roasted cocoa nibs, sugar) to the stainless steel drum. The capacity is a minimum of 700g and a maximum of 2kg (tested with cocoa nibs and sugar in a 70:30 ratio). Do not overload the machine.
- זיכער דעקל: Place the transparent lid firmly on the drum.
- מאַכט אויף: Plug in the appliance. Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the unit.
- שטעלן טימער: Use the timer buttons (up/down arrows) to set the desired grinding duration. The timer can be preset up to 99 hours (or 99 minutes, depending on model). The display will show the set time.
- אָנהייב גרינדינג: The machine will begin grinding once the timer is set and the power is on. The auto-motor shut-off feature ensures motor safety.
- מאָניטאָרינג: Periodically check the consistency of the mixture. You may need to scrape down the sides of the drum with a spatula (ensure the machine is off and unplugged before doing so) to ensure even grinding.
- פארענדיקונג: The machine will automatically shut off once the preset timer duration is reached.
- אָפּלאָדן: Unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the lid and the grinding stone assembly. Pour or scoop out the refined product.
Note on Timer: Some users have reported that the timer on their unit operates in minutes rather than hours, despite the display indicating "HOUR". Please verify the functionality of your specific unit's timer. If your timer operates in minutes, you will need to manually restart the machine for longer grinding durations.

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Chocogrind refiner.

- רייניקן מאָטאָר באַזע: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or spray it with liquids.

וויכטיק: If disassembling the grinding stone assembly for cleaning, ensure all parts are reassembled correctly. Improper reassembly can affect performance or cause damage.
