ערשט סעטאַפּ און פּערינג
Before installation, it is recommended to fully charge the sensor unit using the provided USB-C cable and wall adapter. This ensures the internal battery is at full capacity for optimal performance.

Pairing the Sensor with a Receiver (if applicable):
For detailed visual instructions on pairing, please refer to the official pairing video available on the product page where you purchased the device.
- Ensure your eMACROS receiver is powered on and within range.
- Follow the specific instructions provided with your receiver to put it into pairing mode.
- Activate the sensor (e.g., by exposing it to motion or pressing a pairing button if present) to complete the pairing process.
- Note: This sensor unit is designed to work with compatible eMACROS receivers. It is not compatible with receiver versions prior to 2021.

The eMACROS sensor unit is designed for outdoor use and is built to be weather-resistant, ensuring reliable operation in various conditions.
Recommended Mounting Location:
- Choose a location that provides a clear line of sight for motion detection, free from obstructions like dense foliage or large metal objects that could interfere with the signal.
- Position the sensor to effectively cover your desired detection area, such as a driveway, pathway, or entry point.
- Ensure the solar panel on top of the unit receives adequate direct or indirect sunlight for continuous charging. The unit is designed to charge even on cloudy or rainy days.

- Secure the sensor unit to the mounting base. The swivel mount allows for easy adjustment of the sensor's focus and detection angle to optimize coverage.

Operation and Sensitivity
The eMACROS sensor utilizes passive infrared (PIR) technology to reliably detect motion from various sources, including humans, cars, and large animals, within its detection zone.

The sensor features a physical switch to adjust its sensitivity, which helps in minimizing false alarms caused by smaller movements or environmental factors.
- Hi (High Sensitivity): Detects motion up to 30 feet (approximately 9 meters).
- Low (Low Sensitivity): Detects motion up to 20 feet (approximately 6 meters).
Adjust the switch located on the sensor unit to your preferred setting based on the specific requirements of your environment and to reduce unwanted triggers.

- רייניקונג: Periodically wipe the solar panel and sensor lens with a soft, damp cloth to ensure optimal performance and clear detection. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- באַטערי: The sensor unit incorporates a solar rechargeable lithium polymer battery. Under normal operating conditions with sufficient sunlight exposure, the battery should not require manual replacement for approximately 1 year. Ensure the solar panel remains unobstructed for continuous charging.
- וועטער קעגנשטעל: The unit is constructed with industrial-grade PVC housing and features a rubberized weather/water-resistant seal, boasting an IP65 waterproof rating. While highly durable against rain, snow, and extreme temperatures (-20°C to 60°C / -4°F to 140°F), avoid submerging the unit in water.
