Refer to your specific GATEXPERT gate opener manual for detailed instructions on activating its learning mode.

Generally, the steps involve:

1. Locate the "Learn" or "Code" button on your GATEXPERT gate opener control board.
2. Press and release the "Learn" button. An indicator light on the opener should illuminate, signifying it is in learning mode.
3. On the KP18 keypad, enter your desired access code (e.g., 1234) followed by the "Enter" button (often represented by a right arrow or specific key).
4. The opener's indicator light should flash or change, confirming successful pairing.
5. Test the keypad by entering the code to ensure the gate operates correctly.
