The remote control requires two (2) AA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:

2. Initial Use and Pairing

Point the remote control directly at your DTA box.

Refer to your Xfinity/Comcast DTA box manual for instructions on programming the remote to control your TV, if supported. Use your TV's original remote for TV-specific functions.
