- Always disconnect power at the main fuse box or circuit breaker before installation or servicing.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with all local electrical codes.

סעטאַפּ און ינסטאַלירונג
Follow these steps carefully to install your EDM Caribe Ceiling Fan. Professional installation is recommended.
1. מאָנטירן די קלאַמער
Secure the mounting bracket to a ceiling joist or an approved electrical junction box capable of supporting the fan's weight. Use appropriate screws and washers provided.
2. Assembling the Downrod and Motor
Feed the electrical wires from the motor through the downrod. Insert the downrod into the motor housing and secure it with the provided pin and screw.

Hang the fan assembly onto the mounting bracket. Connect the household electrical wires to the fan wires according to the wiring diagram (typically black to black, white to white, and green/bare copper to ground). Ensure all connections are secure with wire nuts.

5. אינסטאַלירן די ווענטילאַטאָר בליידז
Attach each of the three fan blades to the motor housing using the screws and washers. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
6. אינסטאַלירן דעם ליכט קיט
Connect the light kit wires to the corresponding wires from the fan motor. Secure the light kit assembly to the bottom of the motor housing. Install the light globe by twisting or securing it into place.

אַפּערייטינג ינסטראַקשאַנז
Your EDM Caribe Ceiling Fan is operated via a remote control.
ווייַט קאָנטראָל פאַנגקשאַנז
- ווענטילאַטאָר אויף/אויס: דרוק צו קער די פאָכער אויף אָדער אַוועק.
- גיכקייַט קאָנטראָל: Cycle through 3 fan speeds (Low, Medium, High).
- ליכט אויף / אַוועק: דרוק צו דרייען די ליכט אויף אָדער אַוועק.
- ליכט דיממער: (If applicable) Press and hold the light button to dim or brighten the light.
- ריכטונגס-סוויטש: (Often located on the fan motor housing, not the remote) A slide switch on the fan motor housing controls the direction of blade rotation.
- זומער מאָדע (קעגן זייגער): Creates a downward airflow, providing a cooling effect.
- ווינטער מאָדע (קלאָקווייז): שאַפט אַן אויפשטייגנדיקן לופטפלוס, צירקולירנדיק וואַרעמע לופט וואָס איז איינגעשפּאַרט לעבן דער סטעליע.
Note: Ensure the fan is completely stopped before changing the directional switch.

- ליכט באַלב פאַרבייַט: Disconnect power before replacing the light bulb. Use a bulb of the correct wattage and type as specified by the manufacturer (refer to specifications or markings on the light kit).
