Preparing for a Cut
- Select Blade Speed: Use the speed variator to select the appropriate blade speed (25-80 m/min) for the material being cut. Harder metals generally require slower speeds.
- Adjust Cutting Angle: If an angled cut is required, adjust the pivoting arch up to 60°D. Securely lock the arch in the desired position.
- זיכערער ארבעטסשטיק: Place the material to be cut firmly in the vise. Use the quick-release mechanism to clamp it securely. Ensure the material is stable and will not shift during the cut.
- אַדזשאַסטירן טיפקייט (אויב אָנווענדלעך): The bandsaw features depth adjustment. Set the cutting depth as required for your material.
