Before using your coffee urn for the first time, follow these steps:
- אַנפּאַק: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the coffee urn and its components.

- First Use Cycle (Water Only): To clean the interior and remove any manufacturing residues, fill the urn with cold water up to the 55-cup mark. Place the pump tube and brewing basket (empty) inside. Secure the lid. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. Allow the cycle to complete (indicator light will change). Unplug, let cool, and discard the water. Rinse the interior.

Follow these steps to brew coffee with your Farberware 55-Cup Coffee Urn:
